Obam-edy: Denver or Bust!

Starring Tyler Craig, star of BET's "Comic View", HBO's "Def Comedy Jam", and the new sitcom "Somebodies"! Big Drew Thomas, comedian extraordinnaire, also of "Def Comedy Jam", Comedy Central's Pat Brown, and many others!

Tyler Craig has been working the comedy circuit full time since appearing on HBO “Def Comedy Jam (1997)”. Since then he has appeared on “BET’s Comic View”, Turner South “That Comedy Show” Starz “First Amendment, TV-One “Who’s Got Jokes” and “Comedy Central “Laffapalooza”. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Tyler has become a hometown favorite known to conclude his storylines with the cliché “And the moral of the story is” followed by a funny but meaningful one liner. His comedic style appeals to individuals from all walks of life and he has been blessed with the opportunity to perform in the nation’s top comedy clubs and venues. Tyler has performed in 40 states and 8 countries while opening for well known comics such as Sommore, Bruce Bruce, Eddie Griffin, Cedric the Entertainer, Rickey Smiley, Mike Epps, Kat Williams, Mo`nique and a host of well known musical artists.

Tyler has starred in five stage plays and three independent films. One film “Somebodies” was a favorite at the Sundance film festival January 2006. BET has brought the rights to this film and decided to launch it as their first TV series to air 2008. Raised in a talent-filled environment, Tyler was taught the values of respecting and honing your craft. Tyler continues to assume this tradition and has been labeled one of the most respected comic amongst his peers.

Tyler has established himself as a connoisseur of all areas, his talents reach which includes: Hair Stylist, Modeling Instructor, Script Writer, Actor and Comedian. With his personable spirit, Tyler is a versatile performer that can adapt to any audience or situation because his sets can be rated PG, PG-13 or R. This quality is finally paying off as promoters, producers, directors, talent agencies and well-established comedians are calling for his services as his name is becoming a buzzword around Hollywood.

Pat Brown's motto is to put the fun back in funny. Pat's style is smart silliness, wrapped in good-natured fun. And it's this style, in conjunction with her bouncy energy and engaging smile which has helped establish her universal appleal with black, white, corporate and even religious based crowds. Her comedic success can also be contributed to her clean content, unique delivery, quick wit and perfect pace which draw audiences in like sweet gossip.

It’s no wonder, that Pat’s talents are sought after as both comic and writer. In fact, she’s written for Black Entertainment Television, Comedian Rickey Smiley, Sommore, one of the Queens of Comedy, and countless others. Be on the lookout for Pat in your local Cineplex, as she’s just finished her first feature role in the independent film, Somebodies. Some of Pat’s more recent accomplishments include being a finalist in the 2004 Las Vegas Comedy Festival, as well as the Girls Behaving Badly Comedy search. She’s also worked with a diverse mix of the crème de la crème of comedians including Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer, Ron White, and Jeff Dunham to name just a few.

Pat’s also a veteran improvisational actor with Laughing Matters Improv Troupe, as well as the Blacktop Circus—one of only two African-American improv troupes in America.

Pat the Girl, is by far one of the most original, and refreshing comics in the business today. It’s guaranteed that you’ll want to see her perform her brand of silliness over and over again, and more importantly, you’ll leave saying to yourself (and others, don’t be selfish), “The Girl makes me laugh.”

If entertainment was a buffet, then Cory "Zooman" Miller would offer just about every dish one could want. Aside from being a headlining comedian, Miller can sing, rap, dance, act and produce. With more talent than he knows what to do with, Miller has managed to incorporate all of his abilities into one entertaining act, regardless of how it's classified.

The Jersey-born Miller moved to Atlanta in 1988. He later found work as a choreographer for Dallas Austin's group, the Highland Place Mobsters, and wrote for Lil' Zane.

Zooman likes to host. He hosted Thursday nights at the Yin Yang Cafe when Little John and the Chronicle would perform in '95, and co-hosted "The Mike Roberts Morning Show" on V-103 (WVEE-FM) from '96-'97.

As a comedian, Zooman has headlined at clubs and colleges across the nation as well as appeared on Comedy Central, NBC's "The Tonight Show," HBO's "Def Comedy Jam," BET's "Comic View" and "Showtime at the Apollo." He was also a member of the Black Comedy Tour, and has traveled all over Europe and South Africa to perform.

Like most entertainers, Miller lived in Los Angeles, from 1997-2000. While he was there, he hosted at the Improv, starred in one of Bud Light's Super Bowl commercials, and landed a development deal with NBC that he later walked away from. "They didn't know what to do with me. They had all these ideas of things they wanted me to be and I was like, 'OK, that's cool, but when do I get to be myself?'"

Zooman is currently shopping a radio show to XM that he and fellow Atlanta comedian Tyler Craig developed, called "Talk Ish Radio." He is also working on putting out comedy mix tapes, which include the already finished songs "Waffle House Thugs" and "The Medicinal Ode to P.P.P."

Hosted By "Ms. Sophia" of V-103's Frank and Wanda Morning Show!
